Triumph announces four major new models for 2027

Triumph has unveiled four major new models for 2027: the Bonneville T40, Tiger 1200, Street Triple 798 RS, and Tiger 900. Here is an overview of what has been confirmed – and when we will learn more.

“Go Further” spans from a new entry point to the Bonneville family to the next generation of adventure and roadster models. The Bonneville T40 is already being shown with product information, while the three other models will receive full unveilings throughout the autumn.

Bonneville T40 and T40 Black – new classic in the 400 class

The Bonneville family gets a new member with classic lines and a dedicated version of Triumph’s 398 cc single-cylinder TR Series engine. The T40 combines a teardrop tank, spoked wheels, and twin rear shocks with modern rider aids.

Triumph specifies, among other things, five riding modes, cornering ABS, traction control, cruise control, and a round 4-inch TFT display with turn-by-turn navigation. The model comes as the Bonneville T40 and Bonneville T40 Black. Price: TBA.

New Tiger 1200 – full unveiling on October 27

Triumph’s large adventure model is being renewed for 2027. The manufacturer promises more power and further development of the three-cylinder engine, new rider technology, and a new suspension solution. The complete model range and technical details will be presented on October 27, 2026. Price: TBA.

Street Triple 798 RS – full unveiling on November 17

A new Street Triple is on the way. Triumph describes the 798 RS as its most powerful, lightest, and most advanced Street Triple to date, featuring a new three-cylinder engine developed with Moto2 experience, a new chassis, and adjustable rider technology.

This is Triumph’s preliminary information for now. Power output, weight, and other specifications will be presented at the full unveiling on November 17, 2026. Price: TBA.

New Tiger 900 – full unveiling on December 15

According to Triumph, the Tiger 900 will feature an upgraded chassis, further developed rider technology, and next-generation connectivity as standard. The model is developed for both winding roads and off-road excursions.
