CHIGEE anti-theft lock for CG Quick-Release

Extra anti-theft lock for CHIGEE CG Quick-Release. The locking plate is mounted between the Quick-Release base and the ball mount to provide additional mechanical security.

Note: The CG Quick-Release Module already comes with a locking screw. This is additional security for users who want a more permanently locked setup.
