Quad Lock Universal Adaptor – make more devices compatible with Quad Lock

The Quad Lock Universal Adaptor provides the Quad Lock mount for phones and cases that do not have an integrated Quad Lock interface. The adaptor attaches with strong 3M™ VHB adhesive and works with Quad Lock's original twist-lock mounts.

Fit and compatibility

The adaptor must be attached to a smooth, clean, dry, and non-porous surface. Quad Lock lists materials such as PC, ABS, PVC, nylon, acrylic, untreated metal, and uncoated glass as suitable substrates.

It is not suitable for materials such as rubber, TPU/TPE, leather, silicone, soft-touch surfaces, wood, or low-energy plastics like PP and PE. On phones with a glass back, it is recommended to attach the adaptor to a compatible case instead of directly to the glass.

You also need

For use in vehicles or on bicycles, you need a suitable Quad Lock mount. This is the Original Universal Adaptor and is not the MAG version.

Important to know

• The adhesive surface is designed for single-use mounting and should not be reused.
• The Universal Adaptor may affect wireless charging depending on the phone and charger.
• Clean and dry the surface thoroughly before mounting.

FAQ

Can it be glued directly to all phones?
No. The surface must be suitable for 3M VHB adhesive. Glass backs with hydrophobic coatings and soft materials may result in poor adhesion.

Is it compatible with Quad Lock MAG?
This Original Universal Adaptor uses Quad Lock's mechanical twist-lock system. Choose the MAG Universal Adaptor if you need direct compatibility with MAG heads.
